Ono se toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee sice sp\u00e1l\u00edme v\u00edce energie a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00edme si kondici, ale tuky ne a ne zmizet, tak \u010deho jsme doc\u00edlili? Je t\u0159eba trochu zvolnit Pokud p\u0159est\u0159el\u00edme s pohybem, tak to na\u0161e hubnut\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u016fbec efektivn\u00ed. Je t\u0159eba zvolnit a nau\u010dit se tak\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Je to docela podobn\u00fd extr\u00e9m jako hladov\u011bn\u00ed. To je dal\u0161\u00ed velk\u00e1 chyba. Mo\u017en\u00e1 si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee t\u00edm poraz\u00edme obezitu nebo nadv\u00e1hu, ale pak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed jen zklam\u00e1n\u00ed a hlavn\u011b se o moc d\u00e1l nedostaneme. Je t\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt kamar\u00e1dit s t\u011blem a nau\u010dit se s n\u00edm spolupracovat. Je t\u0159eba mu nab\u00eddnout vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, proto\u017ee samotnou redukci ovliv\u0148uje i to co a kolik toho vypijeme a sn\u00edme.
